Great resource with a big problem
I love using my 1828 as I study my King James Bible. This app makes it so easy! But, it has a major flaw. There are many words that have no definition included (such as debate, and just about every other word beginning with “deb”) and many that do not have the full definition found in Webster’s 1828. How come if the app was updated 6 mo. ago, how come when I enter even simple words like: love or hope, NO definitions show up!!!Beloved Angel

Too bad
This was a good resource but it is not kept current with updates. Words are now missing or definitions are not available. Paid for in-app improvement and they do not work.RJ6876
SO useful
In a culture where definitions are so fluid, it’s so nice to refer to a more original meaning of the words we use and seek to understand. I love this app. I am still finding the occasional word where the root definition fails to appear. “titular” as an example.Traask

Hi Traask. I have been operating from two Biblical principals with this app. The first, freely you have received, freely give. I have benefited much from many freely available study resources, therefore I continue to provide this resource for free. The second, the workman is worthy of his hire. Maintaining such a resource is time consuming, therefore I have paid upgrade options. Titular is one of the missing definitions which was fixed in the upgrade dictionary available with any of the cross-reference in-app purchases. Thanks for pointing that out though!Great dictionary
