  • Awesome

I bought the istopmotion app for my iPad, been using the remote app in my iPhone and it works like a dream, the only down side is the battery life, lasts only couple hours but I still love it
  • confused

what app should i get that would be good for stop motion then. :(
  • Poor ratings?

How will we get innovative apps like this, when clueless people give 1 star ratings because they're dense?
    You need a iPad!
The iPhone part is just the camera
  • just awsm

so cool to use my iphone as the camera and control it remotely from the iPad. having lots of fun with my 5 yr old daughter!
  • Why all the issues?

Started working with the remote camera app a couple days ago and everything seems to work as advertised. Camera got dropped a few times, but I think that had more to do with a weak wifi signal in one of my rooms. Not sure why people are having so many issues.
  • Why does this dang thing not work?

It just keeps waiting for a connection, and we have a perfectly good Amount of wi-fi at our house. What the heck?! I have some really Great stop-motion Lego videos in mind, and I really wanna do 'em. Fix, and I just might give this thing 5 Stars.

  • A breakthrough in stop motion movie creation

The simplicity of using an iPhone coupled with an iMac to create stop motion movies is brilliant. No fuss, no muss. My 10 year old son created his first movie in a matter of minutes. I feel like I have the next Tim Burton living under my roof. Just follow the simple on screen directions and you'll be up an running in no time. No crashes - just hours of creative fun. One tip - if you are going to be spending hours at a time (like my son does) making movies, then make sure to plug your phone into a power supply otherwise with the camera being on constantly and sending the images over wifi, the battery will drain...and you don't want to move the camera (iPhone) to connect it to power at an in opportune time in your movie making.
