Poor customer service
I enjoyed playing this game for a few months. Once iOS 8 was released and I updated my iPhone I had to login and couldn't get back to the world where I was before. I contacted customer services twice by email and didn't receive any reply from them. This problem has occurred before and customer services replied to my email in a matter of hours however that was a couple of months ago and obviously something has changed! So I told them I would review negatively if my correspondence was ignored and so I have. Do not download this game. Ridiculous in game prices and poor service. Tap4fun should be called tap4money because that is all they will do to you. THIS IS A MONEY SCAM!

Thief in server/world 143
There is a thief or thieves in world 143 that hack other players accounts and steal the account, the gold, gems, items, and basically things you have spent real money buying. Lots of players have spent hundred and even thousands of dollars on their accounts in this game. If theft is illegal, why isn't TAP doing something about it. This game is an expensive investment in entertainment. It's so expensive, you almost need an insurance policy to cover losses due to theft since Tap doesn't bother to catch the thief or thieves and they don't help restore recovered accounts to pre-theft states. It wouldn't be that difficult to restore considering it is all VIRTUAL. I have insurance on much less expensive items...like my tv and my iPhone. I wonder if they'll even post this review...I doubt it. Also the first picture of the game is misleading. It looks as though you can send troops to help a friend. You can NOT send troop re informers to help a friend. Only resources and gold can be shared between players.

nice game but it keeps crashing and i cant play it i like this game but its starting to piss me off plz try to fix if it helps i am using an iPod touch 4th generation
Not very combative
Not as combat-based as the hobbit: kingdoms of middle earth. Allows for casual play, and less worries. Great gem output with the wishing well!
