It realy bug's I don't like that it's hard to play so i delited the game sorry
good but....
This is a good game to play but the only problem is that you need to spend a lot of real money or have a lot of patients to create a powerful character, it just seems that games like these are now created to extract as much real money as possible from us >: ( WHAT IS HAPPENING TO GAMING!!!!!!

This game is nothing but bugs and has no care for the buyer . Do not download or else u will be giving them money
Good game, good players, greedy devs
The game is wonderful & fun to play, but the graphics, chat, and animation are poor. The players & alliances are what make this game a good one to play.
On-the-other-hand, like many games of this genre, you have to be careful of your bankroll. You must have patience to not fall into the trap of the expense the in-app purchases & events can cost you.
If you like world chat, belonging to a social group, playing war/ time management games, and if you can keep your bank account out of it (for the most part), then you will truly enjoy this game.

It a waste

Extremely poor customer service
The game itself is decent. I've been playing for a long time through many updates. However the customer support in response to complaints about bug/issues within the game is terrible. There are three basic responses: we will get back to you, it's user error, or they ask for information any normal person playing wouldn't have because there is no way they were going to know the issue was going to happen in the first place.
Recently they have rolled out terrible items which have made it effectively impossible for someone who does not gem to play the game (I do buy gems). Including but not limited to a stone that let's you attack outside you're 8x rule, a stone which does not allow players to heal after they have been attacked with it, and a ridiculous golden hammer for an Easter event that cost a stupid amount of gems was only good for one use was only available buy purchasing it and rendered other items completely useless because you couldn't use them without the hammer.
There has been a wide spread cross server issue with peace agreements randomly coming down when they aren't supposed to, as a result people who should be under protection are getting completely wiped out. Tap has been aware of the issue since at least February and has done nothing to resolve it or compensate the community for lost gems, troops, gold etc.
The majority of the tech support people I have spoken to don't have two technical brain cells to rub together, have often addressed me using "pet names" or terms of endearment which no self respecting CS person should ever do, because it comes across as condescending and disrespectful.
I do like the game very much BUT I can't give it a good rating because it appears Tap doesn't care about their customers. The lack of effort to address the peace agreement issue is staggering. There are people in my own alliance that have had their bubbles come down early multiple times, they have been attacked multiple times, the notification that their bubble came down happened hours AFTER it came down and Tap has not addressed it in a. Large scale which should have been done months ago. Peace agreements are times you pay for, in any other capacity if you paid for something and it didn't perform as expected you would get your money back, or a replacement or something. NOTHING has been done to compensate the players and there are literally 100s of people that have been effected.
I've been playing this game a long time and seen it through some growing pains, I will not play another server. If Tap cares so little about my hard earned money, then I will take it somewhere else.

Updates to game
This game was fun they seem to do updates monthly now it has hurt the speed of the game each time they have done it. I would compare this game to signing up for Obama care. If you call that fun then this game is for you . Very slow and you don't get what you pay for. This game was fun a year ago. However all the updates have made the game have lag you can't jump from city to city anymore the game freezes all the time. You spend gems to build up your cities only to have all your men wiped out before the game will load for you to save them or even get to your second or third city to fight back. Since the update other players can scout your city and you don't know who it is.

Spent hours days weeks months building armys city's whatever can't even get into my account now have to start again NOT!! Been there done that waste of time was a good game
