Would like to see the site updated on a more regular basis. And more content. I read more from outside sources than on this site. I’m a loyal Bear’s fan. I’ll stick with you but please improve.
Do not use the shop if you’re not American!
I just wanted to give you a heads up about your online store. I went to purchase a couple of items being as the Canadian dollar is doing better than the American dollar, so I figured why not splurge? I get my total which is about $73 USD which should be about $55 CAD right now, but $104 was taken from my account. The online store is not honouring the exchange rate and I feel very upset about being overcharged, especially when it’s double what I had expected to pay with the current exchange rate. I was basically given the run around and refunded the return label, but who knows if it’ll be through the proper exchange rate or not, let alone once my refund comes in from the return. I just wanted you to know that when purchasing through the official Bears app, international buyers are being treated like this. I obviously will never be using the online store again and am out $104 for who knows how long with how long shipping takes. I asked if I could just refuse the package and they said no.

Fan for life
My father brought me to games since I was 8 he had s seasons since 58 he passed in 93 and I have his ticks ever since and I am now taking my kids and my grandkids and I’m sure you have heard that same story a lot which should show the support and respect people have for the bears my love for the bears will never go away thank you and can’t wait for next season 🐻⬇️

Well, it WAS a great app......
This was my go-to place for Bears news and info. But the latest update has now relegated it to a click-click app that drives me crazy! Why would you remove headlines from photos? Now, the user must guess what the photos mean rather than being able to select stories we want to read. Content was and I guess still is top notch but I am not going to spend my time clicking on every picture just to find the stories I want to read. Too bad. This used to be a great app. Now, it’s just so-so.

Bears App
This app is great!!! Constant updates in live games and current news. And then I discovered last week I could even watch the game live through the app. Definitely recommend!!!

Being a Bears fan in UK there is no better way of staying up to date with all the latest news and information. Class App.
Access!
Large fan base in Canada and we have no way of accessing radIo or the online tv. Still and always will be a Bears fan just would like to be able to enjoy them more.

I love the Bears but you keep sending me alerts even when the team is actually doing quite poorly....
Do you think that’s fair to some of your devoted fans? I would rather you spend more time getting it right on the field especially our really poor offensive than sending me alerts suggesting “Hey check this out, check out what we are doing....”
I seriously think there is something really wrong with Chicago’s Board/Administrative Staff and most need to be cleared out because they are deluded if they think it’s fair running the online app etc like this when our fans haven’t had any joy of this team we love holding up the Super Bowl trophy since 1985???? Just no excuses from them.....

As a life time Bears Fan I have to say how much I enjoy your total coverage of all things Chicago Bear related! I’m work a job that keeps me out on the road away from home a lot and this site keeps me up to date on my beloved Bears! Keep up the great work and Bear Down Chicago Bears!!!!🏈💪🏻
