Lazy
I can not rely on this app for up-to-date information; just like the website. Several outside sources always provide updates on injuries, news, etc. far sooner. Sometimes days earlier!!
For example, the app shows Hicks as questionable for today’s game but several other news sources show that he is OUT for today. This is a microcosm of a regular pattern. Why even provide an app if they aren’t going to mange it. Oh wait! Another example is the roster cuts. I could go to several other sources for the final roster and depth chart. But yet, the people IN THE BUILDING, can’t get the app updated. It’s pure laziness and clearly there is no accountability.

Can’t add tickets to Apple wallet
They tell you to add the tickets to your Apple wallet before the game. But when you go to do it, you can’t. Screen keeps loading and saying “can’t refresh your events.”
What a Game Changer!
I absolutely love this app it’s a real game changer. I can get mostly any Bears game information. I can see how my Monsters line up with other opponents the articles are well written. Everything that connected with Da Bears like game time, tickets sales ect. is at my fingertips . It’s a game changer for Bears fans.

My tickets on the app are gone???
This app is terrible and the fact that after all these years of being a season ticket holder they switched to digital tickets. For whatever reason I was signed out of the app. I know I didn’t sign out and when I went to sign in my password wasn’t accepted so I changed it and now the my tickets are gone. This is so frustrating and not getting a lot of help this app the digital tickets are a huge pile of crap. Bout done w the Bears all together!

Appreciative for the platform
Solid interviews and information at my disposal at all times. We’re allowed to get good information as to how the players weeks are stringing together and also get first hand knowledge of the information they have gained on the opponents. Glad to be a fan and have this app! 🐻⬇️
Review of Bears Mobile App
Still need to work out the bugs to use the app on game day. Could not access the mobile app while trying to enter the Packers Game until receiving a “hot spot” assist after already being inside the United Club. Also, the concessions staff was not prepared to be able to process the STH concessions discount. They appeared to be totally unfamiliar with the procedure to process the discount.

Not straight forward, need multiple accounts, thanks for making getting to a game more difficult. And what about people who don’t have smart phones? They’re just chopped liver. This is nonsense. I hope you got a bunch of money from Ticketmaster...
A Bears fan’s dream
It tells you everything you need to know. They tell you the amount of time left for the game to start. It also says who the bears are playing! I love how it helps me buy tickets as well. 🐻👇🏼
