  • Zero Support

    If you have a problem with the app then there is no support whatsoever - they never respond to support requests. They've also disabled problem reporting to make sure they don't have to bother with customer problems. Awful app.
  • Awful and expensive

    Charged me £100 for a 20 minute journey in a man old banged up Prius,
    The app is painful and unclear and their pricing for their service is just horrendous.

    Awful app. If I could give 0 stars then I would. Tracked the taxi via the app which was doing another job when I ordered which was fair enough but to my shock, I then watched the taxi get 2 minutes away from my house to then turn around on itself to go and attend another job on the other side of Chelmsford! I rang the office who then obviously messaged the driver to ask what was going on, the taxi then yet again turned back around on himself to finally come and pick me up.
    I will not be using this app or company again!

  • Never used the service before yet I'm blacklisted?

    I have never used this service before yet apparently my phone number is blacklisted? Make it make sense.
  • Early start

    Had a early start today needed to get off to a good start to commute to Cambridge for 8AM, arrange to get taxi for 6AM the day before to take me to the bus station. Driver was really friendly and efficient got me to the bus station safely and in good time. All in all a really good experience couldn’t fault.

  • Terrible app

    Booked cab in advance & it was still late so decided to cancel & take bus, 10 mins later I get a notification saying the driver had arrived at where I requested even though I cancelled on the app. Called their support team who told me “even though I cancelled I still may be charged”. YES, for a service that I never even got to use. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

  • Horrific app, use another company

    Pre booked a taxi using the app an hour ahead of time. All confirmed and money taken from my account. Taxi failed to arrive and when I called the booking office the person told me that there were no taxis in my area. So basically, leaving me, my children and a trolley full of frozen food going ruined. Still waiting for taxi 25 mins later, and this is only after insisting they find a driver as I have no other way of getting home. Cannot even begin to describe how incompetent the bookings management is. If you can’t accommodate a booking confirmed by your app, call the customer to let them know - don’t leave them stranded. I was told this was all my fault as I had booked via the app not via phone.

  • Poor app

    I’ve used Happicabs for years. Ordering a cab was always so easy until a couple of years ago they changed their app. It’s unfriendly and very confusing. Doesn’t let you just book a straight forward fare. Having to call instead. App Needs looking at quickly!
  • It’s sadistic app

    During the time of emergency I realised how awful this app can be. Please develop the overall system. This is insane.
    They said my cab/taxi has been booked then after 20 minutes I haven’t even seen the face of my taxi.
  • Rip off

    So expensive compared to Uber. If you want to pay 30-40% more use it. Awful.
