Disappointed
The app is useless this year. In the US there is no live tv coverage. The race has started and there are no real-time updates on the app. Last year’s app was great but this one is stripped down to nothing.
Failed again
This is another year where they e just can’t get it right. Loads and looks pretty but functionally is horrible. Video is useless and as that’s my main desire I’m out. Deleted. RedBull channel on the Apple Tv and Lyndon Poskitt on YouTube.

What did you do to the app? After the last update all it says is error on all pages. Please fix asap so we can track the last bits of the race

This app is fantastic this year. Great coverage and the summarized videos are great. Thank you for working hard to provide this coverage!

Links to videos include google search + video link + app link = average person wouldn't know how to copy that and watch only video!!!
Please fix following:
Why does the user can't search competitors by first name / only by surname??!
Why not put "D" icon beside drive and "C" beside co-drivers/competitors so when user is booking their favourite driver they are not surprised that the other "C" personnel is appearing in favourite list as well?!?

Ok but...
Great amount of info but doesn't prioritize the race, and what's happening or happened! There should be a 'breaking news' or 'latest developments' section to easily get to the important stuff without having to wade through masses of other info trying to find out what's happening in the race, like why driverX who was 2nd yesterday is now out the top 10??
Why no stage summaries for each completes stage?? So we can see what main things happened in that stage??!!

Feature Requests:
1) Help section
2) Ability to add driver to favorites from driver page or general rank list. Takes too long to search for each driver individually.
3) Link related news articles to driver page
4) Ability to search news
5) Use a long or hard press to bring up contextual menu for driver list to add driver to favorites or view news about that driver.

There is any way possible to swap it to Spanish?
No sound!
I have an iPhone 5s with up to date iOS.
When I try to view the videos on this app, there's no sound. If I leave the app...then I can watch the video and hear sound. Hopping this can be fixed by the 3rd.

Very basic
App does not support landscape mode or dynamic text, which means you are locked into a portrait display of tiny text when reading articles (which have few or no pics). You are probably better off using the Dakar website for better readability.
The app is potentially useful for the push notifications, though.
