Purchased voice gone
I loved this reader until it was updated and now I have to repurchase the voice ALREADY PURCHASED well I realized later that the buy option -would unlock the app -so I hit the buy and then it unlocked my voice that was very confusing on the (BUY) the app knew I had already purchased and unlocked my voice without a repurchaseShow lessTexasJayna
My best app ever!
This is my best app ever. I'm in the process of writing a (very long) book so I decided to use this app to help in the editing. I made each chapter into a PDF so the app could read it back to me. I found this was a far better way of picking out the errors than just reading it myself. Works brilliantly! Only one tiny problem... my book is about the ego and some of the voices pronounce it 'eggo'. Thankfully, the male American voice gets it right. :-)
I found their customer services people to be excellent, responding quickly and efficiently to any queries I have had.

Asking me to buy it again after having purchased it
I bought this app last year, and have been using it since. Although I have been okay with it, Today today the app is asking me to buy the app again to unlock the operation system. I paid the $4.99 last year to buy the app. Why would i have to buy it again? Is this a scam!!?nikneymjuj
Paying twice for a voice due to update
I paid $5 for a voice in the old version and since the next update I have to $7.50 for the function I’ve already paid for. Not cool!AryMac32
Doesn’t work
Paid to unlock the voice reader and it just freezes and asks me to pay to “unlock” over and over again...
extremely frustrating and disappointing. Will be trying to get my $6.99 back.... would rate it a zero star if possible...zzzppenebdhxyshw
Does not fit iPhone X screen

Paid app not working!
After paying for the app. It worked well for a bit now the app shuts down after each page. Support have not responded to emails.
No updates in 11 months and I can no longer use the app. There are better apps out with support.PrimalOdyssey
A Free App which you have to pay for
This app only gives you the first page for free, then you have to make a purchase. Disappointing. Goo that you can change the speed. Nothing fantastic about it, similar to so many others, but you have to pay for it.Lolsks
