A Great App
This app rocks I have looked for something like this for a long time. From scrolling the lyrics to syncing with your other devices makes life a lot easier. One thing that would be a new feature is to be able to have the song playing with the lyrics and music. It would make it even better to learn new songsShow lesscyaneyes1

Like having a friend beside you
I have been using this application for sometime now and really would hate to ever be without it. It is truly like having a talented friend sitting beside you, helping you to understand and be able to play a very heartfelt song. Very seldom do I not find what I'm looking for. And, you can always go back and see that people have added more to what's available. Another thing that may go unnoticed is the ability to use melody fragments to learn guitar. This allows you to see what the masters have done and how they fit things in. You simply need to get this app and then enjoy the vast world of songs that never seems to end. Best for learning songs
Unlike their main, slick overpriced competitor, they don't force you to have an account in order for the app to actually do anything. This app works right out of the box and has a tremendous number of options including switching between ukulele chords and guitar chords. Awesome! Just tap on the little letter and it shows you the fingering for the chord represented by that letter for either uke or guitar depending on which setting you've chosen. Nice!Show lessWackadoodle
Super Simple, Super Powerful
I'm just learning to play bass. While playing scales is fun (not), it is great to have some songs to learn and play along with. This app is very easy to use and has tons of songs - pop, classic rock, R&B, blues, alternative rock, etc. You can play along by viewing the app or you can email yourself the song and print it.

Made life easy
Started playing and learning songs 3 years ago. Started at 59 yrs old. I bought music books and down loaded from many different online sights. Hand wrote songs out which took a lot of time but it did help memorize words and chords. After filling three binders over 2 years I hired a woman and paid over one hundred dollars to type the songs. That was great but being new to music I did not know to key the songs so I could sing them well. Once someone educated me now had 250 song in the wrong key's. needed to start over. With guitar tapp I downloaded all my songs , transposed chords in seconds,made the print exactly the size I wanted, and arranged music into different set list's. I use it at all my gigs. Better value than ultimate guitar and just as good
has pretty much the same content as ultimate guitar but way cheaper. I also like that it has a transpose feature, auto scroll and chords library. Easy to use and so useful! Works offline too which is pengClaireLaxton

Does everything very well
Intuitive from menu option and I read no instructions all just goes well
We have three different set lists with different songs all saved on the device
All tabs we needed available in search
Could transpose and edit simply from the menu save it all in favourites and then add to a named set list
All this with a saved scroll speed and the ability to edit and save tabs in my favourites
Live its great - flexible and I can play set list in order effortlessly or out of order or something else from favourites
Feels like a weight has lifted
First app I have bought that does the whole job
£3 a no brainier in three hours we were good to go better than before

It works; I'd even say it works very well! For our band I used to trawl the web for chords and lyrics and then print them and put them in binders, tedious work. This app really has replaced all that, I see no reason to go back, and I do not miss the hard copies. Transpose feature is luxurious. Auto scroll is beautiful.
