Better up front pricing info - the upselling trickery is annoying
A font change means the difference between free and £50. Happy to pay, pricing model could be more transparent and seems a bit off kilter. Probably missing some revenue (if have been happy to pay something for what I got free) and losing some customers (~£50 membership style payment disguised as coins for a don’t change is a bit much and frustrating to unpick).
