No 2FA
Tried to do the right thing by writing to you via your contact us form on your website but it errors saying to check my internet connection (which is fine), so feedback is my only remaining option.
The problem I have is that I didn’t even get to try this as the first thing is asks me to do is disable my two factor authentication on my eBay account. Enabling 2FA on as much as I can is my way of ensuring the security of my accounts and my personal data and financial information. The last thing I want to do is disable it. It would be so much better if your app supported this extra layer of security thereby demonstrating how seriously you take the security of peoples account info. It would also help protect you against accusations of hacked accounts which I also read in the app feedback. Surely there is an API or some other method that can take an initial 2FA authentication, and then the end user can set that app to trusted, thereby not removing 2FA from their eBay account?

This is no longer an issue because the newest version of the app runs without entering any passwords. Your 2FA can stay enabled. You just connect the app to ebay one and its done. Please try it and rethink this negative review. Thanks a lot.

Unforgivable Error
It actually pains me to write this review. I have used this app successfully in the past however today I found an item on eBay that I had been looking for for a long time for a good price. I set up my bid and the program accepted the bid and then DID NOT execute it. When I checked there was an error that I wasn’t logged in. How could the program set up a bid if you’re not logged in. Unforgivable error. I know this app has five stars, but I also have noticed people have noted this problem in the past so it still persists. I give 3 stars because I have used it successfully in the past but today was a big disappointment.

Simply works
Works exactly as I expected. Good tool to avoid the ridiculousness of auction fever and pride from othe buyers, who just can’t lose regardless of the price. No interest from you is shown until the last few seconds and it bids up to your max as defined by you. “Tokens” is a bit hokey as a payment mechanism, but who am I to complain.

Excellent way to save money on desirable items
Can’t say enough good things about this app and the people running customer service. Well supported and works flawlessly. Paying a dollar or two to avoid bidding up items and saving upwards of 20% an item is well worth it to me. Works every time. Only loss when someone wants it more. ($)

“Software doesn’t allow to recharge credit !”
Again I’m very disappointed at receiving no response from Baytomat support.
Now the software won’t allow me to recharge my credit. Back to bidding without using this software.
Again I don’t understand why Baytomat support don’t respond to my query. I can’t use the software again. They obviously don’t want my money!!!

This app is just what I’ve been looking for. I used a similar online service years ago until they discontinued their point system & started changing a monthly fee. I buy a lot on eBay & I’ve been prisoner to auctions! So grateful to find this service! Freedom! It’s worked every time.
This app is hot garbage
I entered my details which was all fine and it synced my correct auctions I was watching.
I had 5 auctions that ended at the same time and I put a max bid of $50 on each one. Somehow I won only one of them when none went for over $30 and the other 4 said my details weren’t in. Kinda curious how that even works when one works fine. So frustrating and annoying when I would have won all 5 bidding normally.
All in all if I could give 0 stars I would. Complete garbage. Steer clear.

App didn’t work
Have used the website many times over the last decade or so but decided to try the app since I was away from home. I signed in using my eBay info, found the auction, and set my max bid. The next day hours before the auction ended, I double checked the app to make sure all was still set and it was. When the auction ended I couldn’t check my phone but the app had notified me that it needed my eBay password and since I didn’t see the notification in time, I missed the bid, which I would’ve won easily. Why did it need my password again when I just entered it the day before and checked the app again earlier in the day? First time I’ve lost a bit using bid slammer.
