This is a great app. I'm doing things now I didn't think I would be able to do again.
Great app
Nice progression. Easy to follow. Runs in the background so you can listen to music as you exercise. If you can't keep up with the progressive workouts, repeat the workout you're having difficulty with until you can complete it, then move on to the next one.

Nice app I just wish it had some longer programs... I have attempted similar programs before and not been able to complete them which I believe is due to the limited amount of weeks and progression

What a waste of money. Can't just post your daily squats.
So far, so good
In a world where you can Tweet or Facebook every breath you take exercising, this app is very refreshing. It is simple, quick, effective, and offers a lot of features for little (or no) cost. I am considering making it, along with its sister apps (push-up, pull-up, and sit-up), the primary ones I use for resistance work. Well done.

Love the simplicity
You can customize the text of your reminder which is nice. I can literally remind myself not to get lazy! Profile is simple and instructions on proper form are found in the help menu. I like it!

Starts out very easy the first week which allows a couch potato to get in shape without hurting himself. Weeks 5 & 6 are a challenge to someone already in moderate shape. Nice app. Kept me motivated to work out.
