I purchased a subscription on a recommendation from a business associate. The program is not doing anything special, interactive forms, we can do that on more stable platforms just as easily. However with the way it is setup it could be a threat to much more expensive systems. The nice part is the semi auto collection of this information for you. Again this can be done a bunch of ways, but for a format that anyone can use and is readily available for mobile devices this can be a winner for them.
Now the real deal. The system, while good in theory is cumbersome to use for certain setups. In our application it does not function how we need it to. The system crashes quite a bit sometimes loosing info, and other times corrupting the files on the mobile device rendering it useless till a reload is done. The way it stores and allows access to the info is not ideal and hard for us to use. All this has been brought to their attention, but nothing has been done yet. I am giving them two months to get a better product to us. After that I am pulling our subscription. The system is a great idea, but the execution needs some work.
