Digital hold downloads don’t work

Was happy that app is finally working again. But there is an issue with digital holds. When a digital hold is available there is no way to download it from the app. Only options are suspend hold, cancel hold, or preview. I have to go to the website to download it.

Stopped working

Stopped working 2 weeks ago, and says it’s “unable to connect to server”.

Fails with current iOS

Love this app & depend upon it. But after last iOS update, it no longer works.

App suddenly stopped working!

This app has been so so and glitchy in past - in the past week it suddenly stopped working. In the past I have been able to manage renewals and holds and searches - now I can see my holds but it is not updating books I have returned or renewed and is not reaching the sign in page. This is despite checking for iOS and app updates and deleting and reloading. Ability to link family accounts is useful too. Please fix this!

Re. DLC app

Compared to the clunky website which is difficult to navigate this app makes it SO much easier to manage renewals, holds without several tries. Thanks you for making the process of borrowing items from the Libraries efficient & hassle free.

Search function doesn’t show titles in library catalog

I’m reading the Julia Spencer-Fleming series and only 2-3 titles show on mobile app, but complete series is available if one goes to library website. Why have a mobile app if it doesn’t work? I’ll be deleting and using website.

Updates are needed

This app works well on desktops, but has some issues with mobile devices. Navigation is not easy. You have to find work around to get to different sub-apps like Flipster. Then they have glitches as well.

Search function doesn’t show real results

App used to be pretty good but the search feature on it now is terrible. It seems to default to electronic sources only first and when you switch to Delaware catalog, the listings are not what is show on the web browser catalog. If you can’t do a proper search for a library item, what is the point of having a library app?

Accessibility

The app is not accessible to those with poor vision. I have my iPhone set to larger fonts and things are over lapped and jumbled up
