    Got to employment category for history but no category for retired person

When you reach the employment section of the application there will be an option of "Not Employed" under Employment Type, once you select that option you will be able to select "Retired".   • Mobile Cheque Deposit Doesn’t Work

    EVERY time I try to deposit a cheque, I always has the error, “no internet connection.” There's no problems with my internet though. All my other apps are working fine. Been like this for a 1+ years now.

  • Crash site

    I tried to open an account online and the site kicks you out when taking the picture of ID . I guess the developer never got around to fixing the bug .

  • Can’t create account

    Whenever i try and make an account it always crashes after i take photos of my driver licence.

  • Date when you pay

    The calendar is not good like it is used to be. When i pay my credit card in advance like 3 days before the due date, i have to open a different window what day is the due date like Monday to Friday. Change the calendar with Monday to Sunday.

    I have been there for many many years and they have been good to me over the years. there’s only been one incident or for fraud was done to me & the head office is punishing me not letting me into any Etransfers anymore for 1 yr. I mean I paid them back and everything about but long story short I I have to say they’re good in and they look after the people and they don’t have crazy service charges like every other bank so I’d have to say I’d give them a 9 out of 10.

  • Log in bug

    Love being able to do my banking on my phone, but the app frequently says no internet connection while logging in. The only way I’ve been able to log in is by re downloading the app and logging in again.

  • Good Bank Decent App

    I love banking with Cambrian and I am a huge fan of the new app, especially when compared to the old one. Newest update made it so I was unable to view/do anything when logged in, had a large grey screen with the loading icon that required a reinstall to fix.

  • Is there an app for the Apple Watch?

    I am wondering if I can get the balance of my account through my Apple Watch? I thought I was able to in the past?

    Thank you for your feedback. At this time our mobile app is not accessible on Apple Watches but we are actively looking at implementing this feature in the future. With the use of wearable tech on the rise, we’d love to be able to offer this to our members.
  • Love/Hate Updated App

    I’m really happy with the integration of Touch ID for login, and the overall appearance of the app is much better than the old version. However, cheque deposit almost never works and the user interface is buggy and unintuitive. For example, when entering a dollar value for transfers, it’s not obvious or clear where to tap to get the keyboard to pop up. Something so simple has become sooo frustrating. Especially when the major Canadian bank apps are so good. Fingers crossed these issues get fixed with an update soon.
