I have been using this App for just a few weeks and I am so happy with it. I wish I had known of it several years ago. I have always tracked my days but it has been a tedious manual process and the app has completely simplified my life. on top of that, the personal customer service is exceptional. GREAT customer service
I joined Monaeo, and have to watch two residences for this year. It was difficult for me because the year had already started.
I contacted Monaeo for help. The y went out of their way to help install the data so that all will work out fine from now on. Most helpfull.memozen

Getting set up fixed

Complaint
Monaeo has not tracked a number of days properly in Dec, particularly Dec 17 where I was located in three states during the day. I was not able to correct manually.
Per others, the new system is cumbersome and these is no HELP I am aware to learn.

The new system allows users to review and manually update locations with an audit trail, as well as add multiple locations on the same day. Thank you for your feedback and for being a Monaeo customer. Monaeo is the only application that has been used successfully by taxpayers in multiple audits and within the most aggressive tax jurisdictions. This is because we are focused on ensuring that the data from the system is auditable. The grid-view, though very easy to review for the month as a whole, was not amenable for use by travelers with multiple locations on a single day. This was adding an extra step in the audit process. Having said that, we are working on bringing an enhanced version of the grid-view back that will address shortcomings introduced by the small real estate.
