Not user friendly
The app is clunky and very restrictive. Making any sort of transaction is a pain and restrictive. The app makes controlling your own money very difficult with multiple authentication processes.

App needs a lot
Heavy. This how i would describe the App. Buggy too. Unfortunately it asks for a lot of SMS OTP which at certain time stops sending. We have then to start over again. We need for every new step to call the bank. It’s not really logical since this app is supposed to make ur life easier. Needs a new design and rethinking.Show lessSamsoumitunes

البرنامج القائمين عليه يبيلهم واحد يقومهم من النوم
١- لايدعم الفيس اي دي
٢- لايدعم شاشة ٦.٥ على الايفون
٣- ياريت تشوفون البنوك الثانية في المنطقةايش تقدم من خدمات من خلال برامجهم ممكن تحسون على دعمكم شوي.
٤- رجعيين
٥- خدمة العملاء من سنة نقولهم على الاخطاء اللي في البرنامج ولا حياة لمن تناديBuFaisal88
Update Required
An amazing app, I use it for everything, I haven’t seen my branch in awhile now, I think the next update need to consider that the OTP is always sent in English, I use both Arabic & English on my phone however every time I input the OTP I have to switch from Arabic to English! Something need to be done so the keyboard switch automatically into English without me changing the setup!Show lessBAKHIT ALHAMAD
