Need urgent update
Not only the user interface is outdated, the app is also very slow and doesn’t support new iOS features like passwords auto fill. This is a bank app and it should follow all security best practices!qtr-9
Limited options
The app has limitations, you can’t use modern functions like withdrawing card less using app codes, cant apply for online finance many more please see QIB app and learn from it.Pace 1

Simple online Banking services cannot be carried out
Every time I tried to simply wire money from the app it gets rejected for placing the correct currency even though I have explicitly chosen the currency in the currency drop down box. After approximately 20 calls with the bank customer service nothing could be done to fix this problem with the app. I am considering changing my bank because it’s 2018 and no one should be struggling with online banking applications.Show lessApple Watch Used
Worst Bank App Ever
I couldn’t activate my card when I’m traveling by app. For 8 days they couldn’t fix the problem.
Then I tried to transfer money to another Bank account again I couldn’t do it because of technical error S usual !!
