Please just ditch this and switch to rightmove
This app is terrible, makes searching for property on a mobile device in the Aberdeenshire area an absolute chore, I hate that ASPC have monopolised the market, yet clearly can’t be bothered to update this app to come anywhere close to the functionality of the likes of rightmove. It actually puts me off wanting to search for properties in the area.

Buggy and limited functionality
This app showed so much promise but failed to function correctly on my iPhone 15.
Buggy and poorly laid out it allows you to browse property but then starts moving menus to the middle of the screen and when it does work, allows you to open pages for the property but no way to get back. Limited search capabilities regarding property details so you can’t exclude areas.

Garbage app
Basically unusable app. If this was a website in 1998 it would be considered woeful. Can’t click on things, zooms don’t work, maps are un-usable. Can’t log into account (can’t select text boxes). It’s actually quite amazing how bad it is. A great wee example of how “Incompetence in King” has become the ethos of tech.

Is this classes as an app?
This seems like an app created 15 years ago. It looks like a very early website and the links to various sections doesn’t load. I just tried to create a profile to view properties and it wouldn’t let me. I thought the website was rubbish but this makes the website look professional. Someone needs to pay for a competent content creator to update both as we didn’t even know these properties were on the market as we used Right Move who’s apps and websites actually work.

Easy to use and you can save preferences with minimal effort and sense despite what the review underneath says

This is a terrible app and website, hard to search, doesn’t save searches. I have no idea why Aberdeen is the only town in the U.K. that has a separate house sale system from Rightmove or Zoopla - these companies spent millions developing their apps and are good at it, let them do it instead of creating a substandard version. No wonder the Aberdeen property market has slumped!

Terrible app and website.
I used to use the app and website with no problems. But now the whole system fails this app is terrible. Not really sure how you find a property with ASPC anymore. I tried finding a property recently in my area but kept ending up with all properties in their system regardless of how small a circle I drew on the map. Disappointed.

Oh my, you all must be so proud. Amazingly you have made a terrible “new app” even worse.
Are you trying to force buyers and sellers to use other platforms. I know I would not be happy if I was one of your members with this piece of crap!
Revert back to the version from a few years back and listen to your customers!

We are sorry that you don't like our new app. Our previous app had become unsatisfactory and outdated in many ways. As the app is now linked to our website, it will ensure that wishlist properties are consistent regardless of where you are accessing your myASPC account and properties will no longer be deleted after an app update which was a large annoyance of the previous app. We do acknowledge that there have been a few issues with this first release, and we are working to get these remedied as quickly as possible. An update will be available in a few days. We welcome feedback from users of the app and we are particularly keen to hear about features that you would like to see in the future. Not Again
How many times have you got to change this app? Used to be great in the past but every time it gets updated it get worse and worse. Leave the ####### thing alone. Oops, sorry for swearing. The amount of bad reviews must tell you something.
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
I used to say the ASPC app beat all the other property apps. For some reason, it’s been mucked about with and now I have to login every time I use the app, there’s no back button, and there is no fine selection for property types.
