Drivers will either cancel after assignment or accept fares and say they are at your pickup location, when they are not. You may be left waiting for a long time. At this point you can’t cancel or see them on map. The call driver button takes you to a call center, not to the driver. Sometimes it’s difficult to get a timely pickup from the call center. The app is easy to use-- locate a taxi and calculate the cost to your destination. It needs better online help. I was referred to the website, which does not display well on an iPhone.Yiddeshekupp
