Reviews of quitSTART

?

Not sure, it’s only been 22hrs but the app won’t quit hounding me to rate it so here’s my review and a star…I’ll know more in a couple months if the app actually helped me quit smoking or not

Really helpful

Highly recommend!!

Helps one stay focused

Quitting smoking is a mindset. Setting a date and having all the support and tools one needs is imperative. My PCP said that typically, nicotine is out of your system generally within 7 days. I wound up giving half the patches and lozenges away and just stayed with the app. I lost all urges within 10 days. Not everyone will get the same results as fast as I did. My body was telling me it was time to quit. Listen to your body.
