?
Not sure, it’s only been 22hrs but the app won’t quit hounding me to rate it so here’s my review and a star…I’ll know more in a couple months if the app actually helped me quit smoking or not
Really helpful
Highly recommend!!
Helps one stay focused
Quitting smoking is a mindset. Setting a date and having all the support and tools one needs is imperative. My PCP said that typically, nicotine is out of your system generally within 7 days. I wound up giving half the patches and lozenges away and just stayed with the app. I lost all urges within 10 days. Not everyone will get the same results as fast as I did. My body was telling me it was time to quit. Listen to your body.

Need one for vaping
Just signed up to this app and am hopeful it might help but i thought it would also be tailored to vaping. Would be great to have one specifically for vaping as the way one vapes is different to smoking cigarettes. Each cigarette only lasts so long. Whereas you can vape for hours until you need to recharge the battery. This is a dangerous aspect of vaping that isn’t yet being acknowledged enough.

The games they offer for distraction when you’re having a craving are fun and help you get past moments of uncertainty.
I set my quit date and I haven’t smoked in 4 days and I’ve had a grip on cravings because I choose to use the app as support rather than just ignoring the alerts and check-ins.

Thank you for your help
I have tried to quit numerous times, but never had the support that I get with this. And all the little tips really help a lot. Tomorrow is my Quit date but I have been using the patch since last Sunday and I haven’t had a cigarette sense tomorrow at 2:30 will be seven days. I have a picture of my unborn grandchild as my wallpaper on my phone, I use that to remind me I need to be totally done by February. And with your help, I can do this.
Thank you so much.

Very supportive
You can’t beat the consistency and positive support of this program. I definitely opened my mind to different and better ways of thinking and approaching my quitting tobacco.
I’ve tried and failed at quitting many times. This is the first time I’ve stuck to it more than 6 months. I stopped counting the days and instead began counting the money I was saving by abstaining. This my help you, also. Best of luck to everyone who wants to permanently and forever rid their lives of cigarettes (tobacco).
I sincerely appreciate all your help and support.

Useful but not working properly
I use the app and it helps, however it works differently on iPad vs phone, better on iPad where more interactive features are actually working. The games, except one, stopped working after the latest app upgrade. On the phone it takes forever to load the cards or anything for that matter. Cost of cigarettes is made up, in my case were cigarillos that certainly cost more than what the app entered. So the financial incentive is diminished bc the cost is inaccurate. Definitely this app needs improvement, at least if all the features would work!

Quit smoking Jan 9
I set my date to quit & the same day I was diagnosed with severe Covid. Placed on a drug not approved by FDA. But apparently it worked I was totally out of it for 5days. Had no desire to smoke , I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying this but here I am one month smoke free. Cravings hit occasionally but I worked thru it. Deep breathing busy myself doing anything to keep my mind off of the cravings. I also used tootsie roll pops. It was a good way to busy my hands. My dr put me on Wellbutrin 150mg sr twice a day I started hallucinating, confused & everything but the right thing. But I stuck it out & im still quit. Not even a puff. I’m thankful for the help with texts & advice.
