Hi, We have good live AIS coverage of Australia especially the popular areas. Some other apps use satellite AIS for remote areas. Unfortunately satellite AIS is not real-time and so is no use for navigation and we do not include it in Boat Beacon. Can you please email us at help@pocketmariner.com to let us know where you are not getting coverage so we can see if we can improve it? Best regards The PocketMariner crew
