Do not purchase puzzles for money

Have had the app for many years and enjoyed the puzzles. However, I made some purchases on the Black Friday sale,which appear on my credit card, but did not receive the chose puzzle packs. It appears someone does one day a week in customer support, and every week tells me to do the same thing, which so far has not been successful. I will no longer make purchases from this app.

Be careful with buying puzzles

I opted to purchase a puzzle pack. The funds were charged to my credit card and appeared on my statement, but the pack did not arrive in My Puzzles. Tried to reach out to Mobility Ware but no response. Buyer beware.

Why all the ads now?

If you like being continually interrupted by long ads, then this is the app for you. Otherwise it’s a great app.

Works great

Some people seems to have had issues with it on and off through the years. I can’t remember how long I have been puzzling it, but I just want to say that I have not had any major or permanent issues with it. I would like be able to use points to buy more puzzle packs. Otherwise I like it. Plenty of puzzles to do. Love that you have the option of pieces needing to be turned, 90, 180 or 270 degrees, like on a real jigsaw puzzle

Updates

The last update has messed up the game. Used to really enjoy it. Game table settings are atrocious. Far too big working edges around size, any size puzzle and one has to constantly manoeuvre the board all over the place to use puzzle pieces. Will not be buying any more puzzles if this update is not fixed and would advise people to avoid this game.

Horrible support

Tried reaching out about in app purchases being restored after my iPad literally died. Crickets. Not impressed at all.

Used to be good.

Puzzle pieces fall off the table so you have to leave it unlocked so that you can see all of the pieces . Scatter doesn’t work the same way anymore. Don’t like it at all. Not sure why when something works they have to change it.

Update messed with enjoyment of puzzles

Used to be relaxing and enjoyable to do puzzles, but you took away the ability to play the way we like, I do puzzles to relax , thanks for ruining it.
