Added ability to switch evaluation language: Sage, Python, R, Maxima, etc. The language being used is shown in the header. Optimized for iPhone 5 and retina displays. If the input contains "interact", the Evaluate button will always be shown when first editing.

This is a rewrite to work with new version of the server, so if you use a custom Sage Cell server you will have to update it to version 2.0 from https://github.com/sagemath/sagecell or it will not work. * Interacts and multiple images and text in output are now supported. * You can now distinguish between stdout and the return value. * It is still not iPhone 5 optimized. Sorry. If you really want this let me know.
