  • Works ok

    The Climote app works ok but sometimes in bad weather the app won’t connect to the controller unit in our house - I think because mobile phone signal drops in stormy weather. Would be better to have the controller unit connect to the house WiFi!
    Also, I think it would be better to have the option to create more than 3 time periods for heating stored hot water throughout the day

  • Tiles just spin

    Well this worked for one week brilliantly then it just freezes on the tiles and doesn’t connect to the heating controller anymore? Have emailed and apparently they know there’s a problem but this seems to be going on way too long, who’s keeping watch of this it’s ridiculous, so I paid £17 for one weeks use and now they don’t even answer the phone anymore I feel totally mugged off!!

  • Completely unreliable

    This app fails at least 2-3 times a week If you email them it is miraculously fixed. It’s as if no one is monitoring the system until told to go look! Will be finding an alternative
