At last! An audiobook app that says and does what it says on the tin. And it's free!

Although I'm not visually impaired, I listen to audio books in the evening after a hard day's work. This app makes it so easy for some of us who are not so tech savvy. My mother, who became blind several years ago, was an avid reader. This is the only audio device that she is able to work (and I think we tried them all). She is now able to "read" again. This has given her new life.

15 second rewinding and fast forwarding buttons disappeared after updating to IOS 5.1.1
Jump to Time doesn't work
The important Jump To Time feature doesn't even work. If I close the app, the book continues to play in the default iPad Music app. What a let down.
Great app!
I like to listen to audiobooks of the same actual books that I'm reading so that my drive time is more enjoyable. All of other apps I had were horrible at helping me navigate to a new spot in a book. This app is just ideal for that! Thanks!!!
Great improvement for audiobooks!
Simple controls and ease of use make this the app I use to listen to audiobooks. It's easy to jump to a location, skip ahead, or skip back in audiobooks - a well done app! Many thanks to the developer.

This is the best audiobook player ever. Simple to use, plays all my books gapless, whether bought or cd. Just wonderful.
Needs some work
This sadly is probably the best Audiobook player you will find in the store as most such as the Buggy Audbible App rely on you joining a site / presenting credit details.
Apples Ipod app support for playing Audio books is sadly lacking in a big way
Audiobooks are stuck in the more tab and has one one method of viewing or sorting audiobooks.
Considering Apple sells audio books it about time they fixed this issue either in the ipod app of create their own audiobook player like ibooks is for ebooks.
I would like to see a few optional controls eg instead of the whole sreen as start and stop play and option smaller button
