Gets stuck “verifying login information”. Sometimes removing the app and replacing it can help. I’ve done that many times, right now it’s still stuck and continues to be stuck. I have to rely on the browser. In my experience, this app is terrible. my phone and app are up-to-date, i’ve done my part, I think UCU need remove and then update their programmers.

Automatic mobile deposit

Among best Apps of its kind
Three are only a few things one can’t do on this app and what it can do it does flawlessly. Really 4.5 stars and I’ve yet to experience a 5 star app.

Love bill pay, check capture and facial ID!! Wouldn’t go anywhere with out it these days! Actually wouldn’t want to GO anywheres these days so banking right at home makes it easy without a mask! ;)

Sometimes when logging in the app screen only shows quick balance as a choice, that does not work.
Userpass lockout — app doesn’t work
Recently, the UCU app stopped working and tells me “USERPASS LOCKOUT” when trying to log in. Maybe a new update, not sure. It’s very frustrating when I need to check how much is in my account
