I can’t get it to reliably download
I’ve been trying to work through this issue and I can’t even figure out whose job it is to fix it. The information is great; it’s also well-written and brief. On the other hand, when I’m stuck for two or three weeks with the same issue of a magazine called “The Week”. . . The “restore” button does nothing. I try to sign in, but Apple doesn’t offer the customer number to do so. I’ve written to the CDSfulfillment folks, but they don’t deal with Apps from the Apple App Store. The Zinio app support people no longer work on The Week. I really don’t know what they expect people to do when there’s a problem.Show lessmhgvkhgv

Ever since The Week changed developers the app has been troublesome. Swiping from page to page is a problem, the font is either tiny or enormous with no way to adjust to individual preferences. Navigating through the magazine used to be easy but not anymore since the only way is to swipe through screen after screen. Such a shame because it’s a wonderful magazine ruined by a cumbersome reading experience and unresponsive customer service.Show lessMurph95
