As a fitness ethusiast you know this scenario too well: At the gym - pen and paper in hand to note details about weights and repetitions. At the beginning this seems like a good solution, but increased training sessions and too many pages lead you to the question: Wouldn’t it be so much easier to have an app on my smartphone to take care of all the things you worry so much about, like individual training plans, weights, repetitions on each machine...? The good news is: YOU JUST FOUND IT! yourWorkout is your own personal workout diary. In a matter of seconds you can create individual training plans and assign exercises, repetitions and training units. Once your training plans has been created and defined you are ready to go! You will be notified by the internal timer, once your well deserved break between sets is over and you are ready to rock the bench again.... LET’S GO! After the workout you can review all completed training sessions in the overview and admire the progress you have made on weights and repetitions. With the "export"-function you can get your data as a simple *.csv file to edit or analyse further via e.g. Excel.   • Just right for keeping track

    This app seems to be abandoned but it’s fairly decent for simple tracking purposes. It’s worth the 99c to upgrade. I have separate sections for each body part.

    There are 2 minor things that could use some tweaking. The date is a month behind & I’d like to see lbs instead of kg.

    If you’re looking for an easy way to track & keep notes, it’s worth a try
  • Needs to be converted to pounds

    Some people would like to track their progress in pounds and not KG. It would be nice to have the option to convert
  • Good start But .....

    I can see the potential in this app but the fact that I cannot coordinate my sets with the weekly schedule and date options is disappointing. Yes the dates are there but you want to have option of the day I'm working out like Legs on Mon. Chest on Tues. ect. I don't know what is the point of not having this. If it did I would gladly pay for this App. The fact that I can impute my own unique exercises is n track progress is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. Please FIX IT !
