Exactly what I looked for
A detailed way of measuring the distance of a prospective route. Simple and to the point. Now where is the paid version to get rid of the ads? I'd be more than happy to pay (a reasonable amount).Harrisob13

I used this twice and it was excellent. Then adverts appeared and everything else froze. The adverts could not be dismissed, the application would not work. It's a shame, when it work it was useful.Nomis Simon

Two Major Flaws
This app does what it says it will do. The two problems I found are 1) The only way to enter a position is to scroll the map. You can't enter coordinates nor can you search for a location by name. 2) You can't measure distances across the Pacific, such as between California and Japan, because you can't scroll the map much farther than Hawaii.Show lessJ Nickerson

Great tool!!
I love this app and use it often. A great measuring tool. I use it to get a comparison of my local airstrip to one else where, where the landing area is not published by the FAA. I've used it to set boundaries for a search and rescue of our lost grandchild. Some of the other reviews i read are trying to use it like a map app. IT MEASURES STRAIGHT LINES OR MULTIPLE LINES! I love the undo more than the trash can (remove all) to only remove the last or last two or three pins to realign them or to hone in on the extract distance from start. Lots of uses as a measuring tool!Show lessoly-o

Just what I needed!
Love this app for tracking distances. I can see how far it is to get where I need to go or keep track of how far I am walking and biking. I live the ability to save my routes. I would give it 5 stars if I could rename the routes that I have saved an give them names. Thanks for the help with tracking my fitness!Show lesswillklan
