New update is terrible
The new update is not user friendly at all. Please go back to using apple maps. I use to refer this app to people but will no longer do that with this current update. Am currently looking for an alternative app.

BEFORE the update I loved it. Can't use this after the update. I need to be able to navigate using the maps on my ipad. Google maps online is useless. Please switch this back.
New version is complete trash. It's actually unusable now
My company was about to buy the pro version for 20 people and now we need to go with something else because they completely stripped features out of the 'update' you can no longer use it to navigate to pins and the interface is choppy and to just be flat out honest completely unusable. Please roll it back. Companies, avoid giving them any money for pro until its fixed. Y'all should be ashamed.

Switched from Apple Maps to Google
Now it's worthless for me, I'm sure it's great for others but this update ruined it for me... too please fix so it opens Apple maps and not google maps... also your support site won't let people email as it gives a message about not posting email because one of these other articles might help. Except that it's coded weird and you can see any buttons on iOS in safari so you can't proceed :(

Very happy with the app.
Extremely poor customer support.
The lastest update will screw up most of the functionality. DO NOT UPDATE! The worst part is the support...no reply what so ever!
Bug
If you have multiple people at one location, only one of them shows up on the map in the app. The website handles it fine, lets you swipe to see everyone at that location.
Other than that app is a big improvement over trying to use the batchgeo maps on a browser on your phone. From what I can tell, the person who creates the map has to have the hundred dollar per month subscription, but once created the maps can be viewed on the app without the subscription.

lacks detail of web app
Downloaded due to an issue of the web page sometimes not loading on the iPad. The app is working as a backup when the webpage refuses to load, but it lacks to the amount of information that is able to be loaded into and retrieved from the web app. All that shows for a marker is what is entered under the “title” tag.
I would of thought tapping the info button would show the rest of the details loaded into the web app but it comes up blank.
Recently we worked on a job with over 150 location where each location was only in GPS coordinates. The web app translates the GPS to addresses (when available) which was a huge help. Sadly this information is not available in the iOS app.
Would be nice to choose between google maps or apple maps for directions

$99 a Month Subscription
Not sure how great the app is. After buying the $9.99 app I realized I would also need to pay $99 every month for their subscription. If you want to pay $99 a month after buying the $9.99 app, Then... this may be great for you!
