Family connection

This is a fantastic website. We have been enjoying Moment Garden for years. We have a beautiful history for everyone of our 6 grandchildren. All of my siblings use the website for their families as well. We are all connected to each other’s families. Love it and recommended it to all my friends.

Warning!! Do NOT order Photo Books!

They used to be great. Responsive customer service, intuitive functional app, and now they have basically ghosted. I ordered a photo book 6 weeks ago (for $156) and it never came. Reached out through multiple avenues for solution and nothing. FB page shows multiple customers in the same situation. Do not spend money in this app! If you’re going to use it to store pics that’s one thing … don’t give them any of your money though. (And honestly I wouldn’t trust them with any of my memories)

BEWARE… Not sure they are still in business

Be Careful. I had used this app for several years and loved it. Just recently ordered two books, paid for them and have NOT RECEIVED them. Have emailed them no less than a dozen times with NO RESPONSE. No way to contact them via phone . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Is something wrong?

We have been using this app dutifully for 6 years chronicling our children’s lives, and have recommended it countless times. We have also used it to order many memory books as gifts. Over the last several months the pictures no longer load on mobile devices and our family and friends complain that they can’t “see” what we are uploading, and neither can we. Does the team have any idea what is causing this? When will it be resolved? Is it possible to download what we have uploaded, as we are afraid we have lost access to the only source of these photos. Thanks in advance!

Frustrating lately, was so good until recently

I’ve used the app for years, before and after becoming a grandparent. I pay for the upgraded experience. But as of late, there are ongoing issues where photos are uploaded but then can’t be viewed. This problem occurs, then goes away for a few days and then occurs yet again. Very frustrating.

And yet again MomentGarden is failing. The issue of photos being uploaded successfully and they can’t be viewed by anyone. Just a blank square. This issue is persistent and I really wish you guys would find a fix.

Great app, but has many timeouts

We’ve had this app for four years now with mutations kids but in the last four months the app has not worked great.

For example - I’ll upload a picture and it’ll show up as green (and no one can see it). Right now in fact, all the moments over the passed few years are showing up as green and I haven’t been able to upload pictures/videos for almost a week. Would love for this to get resolved.

i love everything except the glitches

I love this app and so does my family. We’ve been using is consistently for over a year. The only problem is when I go to post sometimes it doesn’t load the image on the app. It just shows a green tile and I have to wait a day or two and try again.

I love it I hate it.

I have been using this app for years cuz I do not like to post some pics on social media but want to share pics with multiple family members. Over the last few months not all my pics are coming up !!! Idk what has changed, there are no update available. Please fix !! I have recommend this app to many friends and family !

Great app. Needs updating.

Long time user of MG and always paid for the premium their, but it has a number of bugs which have been acknowledged and confirmed by the developer, but in 6 months has not been fixed. HD videos not uploading in HD is the main problem. No updates in 5 months! Hopefully the new owners intend on continuing to develop the app, but I am actively looking at other options to spend my money. Love the app and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it- but the bugs need fixing.

App doesn't work!

The app hasn't worked correctly in months and it's incredibly frustrating! The photos say they're uploaded but they just show as green with the app logo... And usually I don't realize it until I've uploaded a bunch. So I have to delete them all and redo it all, but not right then! Because it still won't work. I have to remember later in the day to do it, and maaaaaaybe it'll work then. But still, maybe not. We've emailed multiple times with no fix. Please please please fix!!
