Images and videos not loading
Please help! After 5 years of loyally using this app to store all my daughters memories, the last 3 weeks have been constant frustration. My pictures and videos will not load. She turns 5 today and I’ve been planning to create 5 books. Couldn’t be a worse time for this to happen and no one is responding to my emails requests for support. Can someone respond to me?

Used to be great
This used to be a wonderful app but reliability has tanked recently. Pictures and videos aren’t loading for anyone on any device, and the app itself shows extremely jumpy behavior. A small scroll along my kid’s timeline can inexplicably jump me years to the past.
Photos are missing
This has been a great app for privately sharing to us grandparents our grandchildren’s “moments”. An odd thing that is happening lately is that the photo shared disappears and leaves a green box with the refresh symbol. What causes that?
Frustrating lately, was so good until recently
I’ve used the app for years, before and after becoming a grandparent. I pay for the upgraded experience. But as of late, there are ongoing issues where photos are uploaded but then can’t be viewed. This problem occurs, then goes away for a few days and then occurs yet again. Very frustrating.
Used to work, broken in iOS 16
Used to be 4 star, now one star since iOS 16 was released. Notifications stopped working entirely and now images fail to load with “communication errors”. Sometimes back to back errors. No comments from Devs about this issue at all. Have they abandoned the iOS version?
Great, but stopped giving notifications!
I love getting pictures of my niece every day and the comments. It definitely helps connect our family when we all live in far distant places! It does have trouble loading sometimes, but usually restarting the app seems to fix it.
But recently it just stopped giving me notifications when there are new pictures! I didn’t change any settings and confirmed that it has all the permissions to do so, but no notices in the last couple of weeks! It’s very frustrating!

Careful!!
After using this app for 4+ years, we recently upgraded stars for all our kids’ accounts. After spending $120, we have yet to be able to utilize promised benefits of upgrading. No options for refunds. We are SO disappointed!!
Hangs a lot without loading
Great concept & service overall, but the app has always had a problem where it sometimes just hangs when you open it, & won’t load pictures. Not sure why, but in last 2-3 weeks this has happened nearly every time I open it (try several times a day), and it’s only been able to load pix once or twice. Sometimes gives message that server timed out, other times it doesn’t - but very frustrating. Have to login to the website now just to see the new pictures. It’d be wonderful if this could be fixed? Features don’t work
I have paid for the annual subscription and can not take advantage of any of the video, multiple upload, or book advantages as the system is convinced I don’t have the paid for membership. I have reported this and the programmers did not fix the issue or find a way to make it right. I have years of images in here and I would like the continuity of continuing this membership but the glitches need to be made right. The App Store wouldn’t refund my attempt.

I found this app the day my husband and I gave birth to our first baby girl. Neither of us have social media so this is such a great way to share our beautiful baby with her whole family. Moment garden is super easy to use and we all absolutely love it!!! I 100% recommend this app it is absolutely fantastic! ❤️
