New app 17.0

My phone does not go to 17.0. How do I get back to old app to wager?

App is horrible keeps crashing when trying to log in and New Jersey gives you no other option

Unhappy lately

You had problems with your systems on Derby day you had problems with your system during the Preakness. You just updated the app and now my app keeps crashing. Fantastic job. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

How?

Truly have no idea how this app is rated a 4.8 unless they pay more money for bots to write reviews than they do to upkeep their app. Biggest race day of the year and it’s completely unusable (happens every Derby day). No idea what my balance is, randomly logging me out, no races loading, the list goes on. Cannot believe how poor this user experience is.

Terrible

So bad clunky and old. Literally terrible. Feels like im on a website from 2004

Buggy

The video gets progressively worse. Locks up a lot. I’m not sure why the tracks don’t put their signal on YouTube where it can be in 4K. The Canadian tracks look better on YouTube than on this app.

Awful app

Service is never there. The chat is no help. Use another app if you can.

Constantly lagging. Have to continuously hard exit the app and reopen. Has been an issue for a long time and hasn’t been fixed. Very annoying especially when you miss a race due to lags.

Slow, lags

I’ve been using NJBETS for years. In NJ, this is our only option. It has been great for years, but not any more. Selections lag, page changes are slow. The decline seems to coincide with the buyout of TVG by Fan Duel.
Support used to be helpful and responsive. Now it seems that the extent of the support is to say, “ clear your cache”.
However, I have the same problems over three different devices and at different location. On both wi-fi and data.
I’d like to say, use another app, but like I said…only game in NJ. JUST K OW WHAT TO EXPECT

Not Interested - give me back my money

4NJBets has never been stellar. I am not interested in this update ... I’ll find another way to bet the ponies ... and if I don’t ... and the NJ masses don’t ... then the purse will suffer. I’m instructed to update with no recourse. You have my money in my account ... I want my money back. Who do I need to contact .

Horrible

This app is brutal, and unfortunately, our only option in New Jersey for betting horses. It’s like they don’t even care about fixing the performance significant lags between races, etc

Couple bugs. Otherwise great.

On my iPad, I can’t scroll all the way to the bottom of the field of horses. It cuts off around the 7 or 8 horse. Otherwise a great app that I’ve been using forever, could perhaps benefit from a more robust rewards program too.

App updates

The app works well to find races or track. Setting up account information is difficult. There aren’t options for the user to self update within the application. Customer support is useless.

Can’t Sign-Up

App won’t let me signup, says “an error has occurred and we cannot process your account” Customer service told me to log out and log back in, kind of hard when you don’t have an account. Was then told to clear cache. After 30min, was escalated to the accounts team. Asked what the turnaround is and was told that there was no estimation that could be given. Asked when I would at least get an email that this is being looked into by the accounts team, and was told they cannot give an estimation of even an acknowledgement that this is being looked into.
