They canceled my withdrawal due to lack of betting
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with the practices of straight down dishonest. When I try to withdraw my money, they canceled it stating I rarely make bets. Then they refuse to release my money until I provide the Social Security numbers or a W-2 slip. What makes it even worse is that they asked me to send this sensitive document and financial document unsecure email.
Asking customers to transmit containing sensitive information including SSN, financial and identification this way show a serious lack of concern for consumer privacy and data why would that security. They have also not responding to my email for weeks now. I strongly advise people to stay away from this company.
