They canceled my withdrawal due to lack of betting
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with the practices of straight down dishonest. When I try to withdraw my money, they canceled it stating I rarely make bets. Then they refuse to release my money until I provide the Social Security numbers or a W-2 slip. What makes it even worse is that they asked me to send this sensitive document and financial document unsecure email.
Asking customers to transmit containing sensitive information including SSN, financial and identification this way show a serious lack of concern for consumer privacy and data why would that security. They have also not responding to my email for weeks now. I strongly advise people to stay away from this company.

I am Blind and it is difficult with the promotions because the words are so close that voiceover doesn’t read it and I feel I have been scammed on several promotions for the $10 bet back I’ve called and there’s always an excuse not to pay me my bonus bets

Several years in the mix. Lots of flexibility with local expert analysis and reliable deposit/withdrawal system. Horses yet seem much more unpredictable than with other sports. Wait and be patient for your best bet.

I really have been enjoying the app and getting to see live races. What I really want to see is more statistical data, though. Some tracks and races have a lot, others have none and leave you almost blind.

Think this app is ripping people off , as you look at the odds at one track it can say 0 mins to post 20 mins later the race still hasn’t went off you take a horse say 7-1 20 mins go by and race still says 0 time to post I watched on television the horse racing channel and odds was different and it would all of a sudden say off and the television hasn’t even got them in gate. Then I’ve had times I picked a long shot with 5 minutes to post and all of a sudden have a betting error look race has went off mind u it still said 5 mins to post watch your television when placing a bet I have reported this. Took a horse at gulf stream waited til it said horses was 38 to 1 with 0 minutes to post 15 minutes go by and the horse went to 9/2 mins u still 0 minutes to post the horse is still trying to finish that race. TwinSpires botches the lines with time delays snd if you pick the winning long shot all of a sudden he’s the favorite make it make sense

Bad app
This is the worse app to bet on. It doesn’t take but a second for it to take your money but if you win you’ll wait for days and days for them to deposit your money. I have waited for over a week and they still haven’t paid me. I don’t give them 1/2 a star!!!!!
