Won’t let me bet
I have a draft kings acct. I download this only for triple crown races. For some reason it flagged either my location or my age and won’t let me bet. I’m eligible on both.
Terrible service
I hope no one ever joins this platform again. DK Horse is such a horrible website. They ripped me off so many times. I see all the same stories here. I paid for horse racing product the other day and it charged me twice. I contacted customer service and they only gave me credit for $3.25. Which I should’ve got credited. $6.50. Can’t wait till DK Horse becomes DK racing. Twin inspires is one of the worst platforms. And I’m glad I’m not affiliated with them anymore. Such a classless platform.

Awful withdrawal process
the only withdrawal options are through bank transfer or a check in the mail. bank transfer requires multiple business days to process and I was just notified that there was an error during the transfer and I’ll have to restart the whole process, so it will at the least be well over a week before I receive funds.
