Great app! Super easy to use, clean layout, and everything runs smoothly. Navigation is straightforward, pages load quickly, and I haven’t had any major issues. Overall, a really polished and reliable app with a great user experience. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
Could not verify my ID, app broken, customer service no help at all
Tried verifying my ID three times a month ago and they all failed. Crystal clear pictures, great lighting, didn’t matter, gave up. Just today tried verifying 3 more times and they all failed, contacted customer service, they told me to try again, I did, it failed (big surprise) and then after that last failed attempt- the app has decided to spam me with “you need to verify” popup covering the entire screen over and over and I can’t close it or it pops back up again, even though I cannot verify because whatever AI verification system they use is utterly and entirely broken. Great job Draftkings. Forced me to uninstall because your app is completely broken. Thanks customer service as well. Garbage app.

Doesn’t allow ID verification in Canada
This app claims that they are open to Canadians residents in Alberta or Ontario, but they refuse ID verification if your ID has a PO Box. They then proceed to tell you to obtain a driver’s license or ID without a PO Box on it. They clearly have no idea on how ID works in Canada
