Terrible
The horse racing app moved to the sports app. It is horrid. Clunky. Promotions are unreliable. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. Customer service is nonexistent. As a shareholder, it’s alarming. I loved DK before but not so much now. I hate the lack of customer support and it’s more necessary than ever since the app has gone through issues.
