Too many ads, too much spam
As a paid "plus" customer, I get served 30 second ads to watch a 15 second clip... absolutely unacceptable!
And lately I've been getting spam notifications about NFL gambling strategies despite having betting odds explicitly turned off...

Poor Quality All Around
Streaming the US Open and after 30 seconds, the stream freezes and you need to exit and re-enter the feed. It’s unusable on the app. Trying to watch on TV isn’t much better - ads come in and the feed glitches out. The audio isn’t in sync with the video. I’m really upset that ESPN has the rights to broadcast the US Open because Tennis Channel works perfectly every time and costs about a third the price with no ads. Huge disappointment, needs major attention and fixes all around for your products or let someone who can handle it do the broadcast.

What is the advantage of having this app ?
What do I get for it, no games mostly old news that I get from many other sources without an app ?
