WARNING!!! Draft Room Ignored Inputs, Selected Wrong Players
The DraftKings app itself is slick, fast, and generally easy to navigate. However, its handling of technical failures is completely unacceptable.
During an NFL Best Ball draft, a persistent system glitch ignored my manual selections on the clock and assigned the wrong player to my roster on three separate occasions, entirely destroying my lineup construction and strategy. When I contacted customer support to dispute this platform failure, I was met with scripted brush-offs and condescending canned replies refusing to take any culpability.
A fantasy sports app is only as good as its contest integrity. If manual draft inputs can misfire three times in a single draft and support refuses to stand behind their own infrastructure, users simply cannot trust this platform with their money.
