Technical Error

I was unable to make lineup changes 50 minutes before the start of the games for a $250 daily fantasy lineup this past weekend due to technical errors that the app and website kept saying was getting resolved. I asked for a refund because I was hamstrung by the technical errors and received an automated response that said there was nothing they could do. I would think that the largest sports betting app would be able to compensate for errors to retain repeat customers but that is not the case. I will now use Draft Kings or Kalshi.
