Have used DraftKings for years and always had positive experiences with them. As of late they continue to send pop ups asking to opt into promotions that I have already used… essentially trying to dupe users into depositing more money.
Lazy dev work, shady practices and horrific customer support plague what was once a great product.

I’ve been a long time user of DraftKings fantasy sports ever since 2019. Over my career on DraftKings I’ve cashed out around $40,000 and I’ve spent around 20,000 making my overall profit still at 20,000.
That being said the amount of greed and stupidity I’ve seen from the DraftKings organization is enormous.
Truly, if the minimum deposit is no longer five dollars than it is the straw that will break the camels back for me and I will no longer be using DraftKings.

Need better editing of duplicate lineups
Sometimes I have duplicate lineups entered in the same game by accident, but when I try to edit it, it groups them all together. So any changes I make to the lineup will affect all the other lineups and still be duplicates. I need a way to just edit the one duplicate entry that I clicked on without having to scroll through each lineup to find it.

They don’t have any live support which is absurd. You have to talk to their AI bot and then after explaining whatever issue you have they create a ticket and you have to wait for a response.
