5-2-1-0 Kids! Powered by Henry Ford LiveWell makes the 5-2-1-0 message come to life. 5-2-1-0 means every day eat 5 fruits and vegetables; 2 hours or less of recreational screen time; 1 hour or more of physical activity; and O sugar added drinks. The loveable characters Hi-5, Twoey, Uno and Zip are back to challenge kids to use their environment while playing. Kids will learn 5-2-1-0 healthy lifestyle habits while looking for fruits and veggies in their own home, doing puzzles, exercising, and challenging themselves to stop drinking sugary beverages and load up on water and milk instead. Parents will also be connected to the Henry Ford Health Systems LiveWell website for guidance and involvement in the health of their child.
