In 2017, I purchased this great app (no doubt) for $99.
When I got my iPhone last year (2021) and re-downloaded the app; It was not working and I have been asked to buy the new version 6e (pay again)!!
When I contacted the support service “Unbound” I got the same response!

Best EMS app. 5 stars for sure.
Paramedic here, love the app. Great refresher. VeryConcise. I love the section for prehospital care. Over all, I would buy this app even if was double the price .
Current update has a lot of problems
Have used this app for years and love it, but current version has horrible index with many topics missing or mislabeled. I.e. try looking up “eclampsia”. Not there. Look up pre-eclampsia and tap on it and you get PTSD. Needs serious work.

I can’t live without this app. Best app I’ve used so far. Definitely a top 10 in my folder. I am a finishing nurse practitioner student and I cannot express how much I love this app.

Do not use unbound
I have had many of their products in last few years at about 60 an app. iOS 11 comes along and they are the ONLY app publisher that didn’t update their product to work in iOS 11. Their solution - rebuy every app to the updated iOS app. I bought the standalone non subscription app to prevent downstream costs with a huge upfront cost. Egg on my face huh.
Unbound had 2 years to update all their apps but chose to gouge their customer base!

.... until I noticed on one of the app preview screenshots that the index listed "perforated viscous" rather than perforated viscus.

Very good reference
I really liked my previous hardcopy version but wanted a version that I could carry with me at all times. The app seems to be pretty user-friendly and the content is always concise and to the point. No fluff. No complaints.
