Changes
I do not like the new changes made. It is hard to locate my information, multiples were added in each category leaving me to search through each one to find the right one. Very busy app making it more difficult to navigate. Prefer the older, easier one better!AaGDay
Confusing
I’m a pretty smart guy very technically inclined. Please go back to the way the purse was, this is way to confusing. Especially for my older parents, they can’t find anything.gcdtjkkhg

Was hoping for a not so buggy and not so old fashion ui/ux. 🤷♂️ ie, can't change password because their website is not working, and dated, non intuitive design. Doesn't sync between apple device....yada yada yada. Hoping for a better experience 🙏ijaguar

Amazing Support
Having been using this app for a number of years and loved it. They just did an update (first in six years) and lost all my data. However, I was able to communicate with their technical support. There were able to write a updated version that allowed historical user to retrieve their data. In addition, they listened to how end users interact with their app and make adjustments.
