I normally have to write myself reminders for my reminders and this app has helped me finally be able to have my account information and passwords in a safe and secure place that I can keep organized. It would be helpful to be able to add/delete fields in the files but overall this is a great app!Kid727

Won't even launch
I've had this app since my iPhone 5s, almost two year. It won't launch and everything is lost. It hasn't worked since 8.0. Something like this app should be more reliable.R3formatted

I have used this app more times than I thought I would...the updates just keep getting better. I would line to see custom categorization implemented so you can have one category's it important information (ie. personal that has logins and financials along with others so you don't have to put it in multiple)Show lessMighy Mark

This App is so easy to use. It has saved the day on several occasions as I forget to write down passwords to transfer to my laptop. I especially like the look of the app. It is perfect for someone who appreciates an easily navigated visual presentation.Alab72
Lost everything!!!
I will admit at the start there is a backup feature, but somehow my email never got it or went to spam a and that empties daily.
I have been using this app for the last two years and when the last update happened I lost EVERYTHING I had soooo much in it! I never put it any other place since I trusted my stuff would never just be wiped clear! So annoyed since it's all just gone.
Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend and I will be getting something else.Show lessRaynaDash

Love that this app keeps all my info secure! When I had to switch my phone I thought I lost all the info, fortunately a quick email to the support got a quick response and I was able to recover the data I had backed up! I give this app 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
