Terrible to use
If you don’t use MasterCard, you’re out of luck. You’ll be stuck in a loop when you’re trying to check out with their alternative to MasterCard. It’s better to just not use the app. If you use MasterCard, then it should be easy in theory. I won’t know because of the terrible implementation.songsangdee
Ticket purchase a mess
For a company whose business resolves around selling tickets, you would think sistic would excel at this part of the process - the actual purchase bit.
Instead this app dumps you out of the iOS environment into a desktop ecommerce screen which on mobile is a pretty terrible experience.Matt JJ
Terrible app - basic function doesn't work
This app is awful. You can browse events but when you try to buy tickets it just doesn't work.
To buy a ticket you have to select how it is delivered or collected. Once you do there is no way of returning to the checkout and completing the transaction.
