iPad app bugs…
Cannot get this app to work at all on my iPad. I’m running iOS 17.7.11 so meets requirements. Every time I try to login, it says my credentials are incorrect but they work perfectly well on the website through a web browser. Tried removing and re-installing the app and re-booting the iPad but it’s still a no-go. At a bit of a loss now.

It’s falling apart…
The latest update has degraded the interface so far as to make the app almost unusable. The button bar that the bottom changes shape and sometimes doesn’t respond and some EXIF metadata is no longer uploaded with images.

Glitchy
This app is nearly unusable. I have to restart it constantly to get buttons to work. It takes forever to load, and page elements will suddenly compress or expand for no reason. Cannot be used in connection with Private Relay either. Fix this app, please.
So slow
The app used to be fairly fast, now it spends far too long buffering and it makes no difference whether you connect to wifi of data

I like this site been on it for a few years like the comps etc but it’s not very stable quite often I can’t get on and it’s very slow getting worse need to invest in new servers.

Okay I had love it for the beginning I was getting likes for my photos but yall need to get your act together and fix the bugs on the browser and app cause yall stuff keep crashing down on me
Inadequate Support
500px doesn't have the tools it needs to support its user group. As a result you can expect to wait a long time to access the site, if you can connect at all. This used to be a great resource, but now it seems abandoned by its owners.

Verify email bug
There’s a bug where it keeps asking me to verify my email, even though I already did it.
Bugs
The app and the site have annoying bugs. For example, photos you submit may be “accepted for licensing”, however they are not visible on your page and not visible to the public. The troubleshooting is robotic. The feedback between the user and the site admin is nonexistent. All the creative content that users submit is excellent and the community is strong, but the site and app admin do not put sufficient effort to serve this community as promised.

Are you even still in business?
Still a terrible app after all these years. Why do I have to login EVERY time I open the app!? No other app does this. The search is useless. AI search doesn’t appear to do anything, as it’s equally useless. Come on.

Landscape???
In the latest update the app refuses to go landscape on my iPad Pro which is extremely frustrating. After all this time I thought it would be far less clunky and is rather short on features.

Fake apps.. Worste experience
Dont use this apps. They wil steal your photos uploaded for license and ban/block you permantly without any reason.. Fraud apps. Dont dare to download it too. They gives fake views and fake likes too. They are stealing people. My account is banned without valid reason after i uploaded for licensing my personal clicked natural landscape photos. Thank you.
